Monitoring & Rebooting

Managing a VPS is a tough procedure. You either need to do the work all by yourself and devote a lot of your time to monitoring your VPS, or you need to arrange a third–party tool whose only task will be to watch over your VPS server. And this is where our Managed Services package can help you out. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom server monitoring system, which will keep track of all the key services. And in case of any service problem, our system administrators will be informed straight away and they will resolve the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either have to use another server or your home computer, or assign a 3rd–party tool. We offer a considerably easier option with our Managed Services deal. We will make a full backup of your VPS server each week, so you never have to fear permanently losing any critical information. Last but not least we can always restore a backup very fast. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software apps on it. And if this may sound like something too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services deal, is the perfect solution for you. While using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our practiced sysadmins who will install any software application or take care of any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it’s an optional feature.
