E-mail Forwarding
Email Forwarding - find when it is useful and how to activate it from your web hosting account.
The term email forwarding refers to an email being forwarded from a receiving address to a third-party address which isn't mentioned as a recipient. For example, a client sends out an email from their private mailbox to support@domain.com and as much as they're involved, it is the only recipient. If there is an active forwarding, the e-mail might be sent to owner@domain.com, for example, even though the customer never meant the email to be sent there and may not be aware about the existence of this mail box. There are numerous purposes for working with such forwarding. For example, if you have a number of email addresses you'll be able to forward them all to a single mail box, which can make checking emails less complicated and will allow you to get emails and respond on time. The feature could also be used if a number of individuals should receive a copy of an e mail message delivered to a general mailbox.
E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Web Hosting
It's possible to forward any email address hosted through our system to one or more third-party email addresses without any difficulty if you have a cloud web hosting package with us. The feature can be enabled and disabled in the Emails section of the Hepsia Control Panel at any moment and you will be able to see an index of all email addresses where your messages is forwarded to. Additionally, you will have the option to keep a duplicate of the incoming communications on the server and get a backup whenever you remove something from the remote mailbox. This option can also be rather beneficial if there is a brief problem with the other mailbox. As long as it is enabled and we keep a copy of all your email messages being relayed through our servers, you'll not risk sacrificing messages.
